What MOQs do you run?
MOQs depend on the product line and the personalisation involved. We have shipped programmes from a few thousand units up to a 1,000,000-unit South African PVC loyalty win in our first year. Brief us with your numbers and we will tell you straight whether we are the right factory for it.
What Incoterms do you quote?
Standard quotation is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). We quote alternative Incoterms on request — including DDP, FOB Hong Kong, EXW Shenzhen, CIF and others. Specify which one in your brief.
Can you arrange independent inspection?
Yes — SGS inspection can be arranged from our Shenzhen office and added as a line item to the quotation. We also run our own 100% inspection at every stage of every order regardless.
Do you ship samples before press?
Yes. We have a FedEx account and the sample-courier cost can be quoted on the same line item as the production. Artwork-approval samples are standard practice on first-run programmes.
Are your bodies recognised by Visa and MasterCard?
Yes. Cardzgroup is recognised by Visa and MasterCard card-design and card-procedure desks across Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and the Americas. This shortens the artwork-to-press path materially compared to going in cold.

Our office is in Futian District, Shenzhen — 28A, Haiying Da Sha, Cai Hong Xin Du, No. 3002 Caitian Nan Road, Shenzhen 518033. Partner factories are within South-China driving distance of the office; goods consolidate at our Hong Kong logistics hub before air or sea shipment.
